Certificate Program: Your participation in the Program does not enroll or register you in any other GSB program or otherwise grant You access to or use of any other GSB program content. You do not receive a GSB grade, credit or degree for Your enrollment, registration or completion of the Program. You will, however, receive a certificate of completion for the Strategic Leadership course within the predefined dates and participation in the facilitation workshops. If You are unable to participate in the listed facilitation workshops, Your Chair Facilitator will be more than happy to schedule make-up sessions at Your convenience.
Program Fees and Payment:
The Strategic Leadership course Fee is $7,500 per Member and is non-refundable.
Transfers: Transferring from this Program date to a later Program date is not permitted.
Release: You hereby agree that Vistage Worldwide, Inc., its affiliates, licensees and assigns, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, stockholders, agents and representatives (collectively “Vistage”) may document and record in print or any audiovisual medium: (a) Your name, likeness, image, biographical information and/or voice; (b) Your on and off-camera interview(s); (c) any testimonials and performances You may make; and (d) any other information provided by You to Vistage as agreed to by the parties (the “Content”). You shall own the Content and all right, title and interest in and to the Content, and You hereby grant to Vistage a nonexclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, transferable, royalty-free right and license to use, publish, reproduce, distribute or display in any media (publicly or otherwise), store, create derivative works from, summarize, edit, translate, digitally transmit, commercialize the Content, on Vistage websites, in print, CD, downloadable file or other media, and otherwise use the Content or any excerpt or portion thereof, for marketing, educational and promotional purposes, without compensation to You or any other person. All statements made by You in the Content shall be true and accurate, and will not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party.
